    We offer bulk materials for mascara (volume, long-lasting, vegan, curling...and etc), liquid eyeliners, eyebrow mascara, and hair mascara. Variety formulations, welcome to inquire!

  • 4. Do you provide samples?

    Yes, we provide limited samples for testing.

  • 5. Do you provide finished products?

    We provide finished products for liquid eyeliner pen and twisted eyeliner pencil only.
